However, if you apply for assistance or attempt to apply for assistance through us and provide information with the intent or purpose of fraud or that results in either an actual crime of fraud or in any way demonstrates or indicates attempted fraud, your non-medical information can be given to legal authorities  including police, investigators, courts, and/or attorneys or other legal professionals as permitted by law. Anyone attempting to commit fraud, or who does commit fraud, either intentionally or unintentionally may be subject to legal prosecution.  To avoid this liability, complete and submit applications with accurate and truthful information. We comply with all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) laws.
