Step 1.  Take our general eligibility test

We provide assistance to eligible individuals for type 1, type 2, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, LADA, MODY, CFRD, "Bronze Diabetes," and any other insulin production related diabetes caused by surgery, injury, or any disease.)

We do helps adults, however, due to funding limitations, until further notice we are only able to assistance uninsured children under the age of 21.

 

You must answer be able to answer"Yes" to both these questions to be eligible to even apply for Assistance.

Applying for assistance is not any promise or offer from iPump that you will be approved or that we can help you.

 

1. Do you (or the person you are applying for) have any medically diagnosed form of diabetes?  

2. Are you a U.S. citizen currently living the U.S., or legally residing the the U.S.?

 

If you answered "no" to question #1 or #2 you are not eligible to receive assistance through our programs.
